1 SHIPMENTS

Sydcily.com is highly organized to manage the entire product delivery process. We follow every phase scrupulously and make sure that the product you have chosen can be used for you in the shortest possible time. Each product is carefully sealed to avoid accidental spills, packaged and protected with eco-sustainable and 100% recyclable materials.

Here’s how we manage order fulfillment:

• Once the order has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email, check that everything is correct (if necessary, we will notify you) and forward the order to our warehouse.
• We take care of your package and ensure that everything is excellent: recyclable double wave cardboard box, sealed and wrapped products, eco-adhesive tape without solvents and 100% recyclable.
• If you paid by credit card or PayPal and completed everything by 11.30 am (all products must be “Available”) we will entrust your package to the courier on the same day (from Monday to Friday)

For national shipments we deliver via express courier within 24/48 hours after receiving payment for the order. In the event of a change or not so fast transport, we will keep you updated.

How to return the products:

• Send us an email to  info@sydcily.com  in this email you will have to enter the collection address, the SKU/CODE reference of the product (you will find it in the summary both on paper and online in your account) and the type of refund you want if with a Purchase Voucher or via the payment method used for the order.
• We recommend using the same box and internal packaging, so we will all be more eco-sustainable

We will take care of all the bureaucratic part. The refund of the returned products will be made to you (via the same payment method as the order) as soon as we receive the package (within 24 hours you will receive the confirmation email).

Please note: shipping costs in the event of a return are the responsibility of the customer.

3 PAYMENTS and TAXATION

We have adopted the best information technologies. From the design of Sydcily.com to digital payment services, we can always offer you maximum security.

• Our site is hosted on servers that use cryptographic protocols on SSL and TLS certificates, every transaction or simply every data transferred from SYDCILY.COM to your computer is protected and indecipherable.
• For all digital payments with Credit Cards and Pay Pal, we use the collaboration of Pay Pal® and Stripe.
• Alternatively you can choose to pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery (it costs €7 more).

Upon payment, you will always receive a confirmation email.

For payments made digitally, verification and confirmation of successful payment will be practically instantaneous, we have fast payments and the same is true for order processing. While for deferred payments, bank transfer, it will take a few days depending on the normal transactions between banking institutions (approximately 2 or 3 days)

If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer
